Aaron Badart is the Founder and Managing Member of Global Regions Group. He leads the firm's investment activity and works directly with the founders, operators, and capital partners it invests alongside, relationships developed over time through trust and shared outcomes.
His professional experience spans private investment, business operations, and cross-border strategy across food, real estate, sports, consumer products, and physical performance. His work has involved businesses and partners across the United States, Europe, and Asia, and includes hands-on operating experience across businesses of varying scale. That perspective shapes how he evaluates opportunities and approaches ownership today.
His global perspective was shaped early. At 11, he left California to train at the Bollettieri Tennis Academy through IMG, living and competing alongside elite international athletes. He graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in International Relations as a Division I student-athlete, then went on to compete professionally on the international tennis tour.
He is a husband and father first.
